#229 Thinking Of You - The Maine

 I hadn’t actually listened to The Maine since I discovered Can’t Stop Won’t Stop but then I got a free download of Pioneer and my love for them was reborn. This was definitely one of my favourite songs on the album. At first I wasn’t even sure if it was them. The whole album took a sudden detour into this more mellow indie kind of stuff. But underneath the facade you can still feel the heart of that good old Maine we all know and love. I think it’s the piano in this song that really gets me and those constant “ooh”s.
